WTS is Mechanical Services and Refrigeration company operating throughout Western Australia. Founded in 2011 by Daniel Noll, WTS hit the market targeting coolroom and freezer installations. Throughout the next 8 years the company grew in this space and so did the projects with the successful delivery of HDS coldstore facility standing as a landmark achievement showcasing the companies growth and ability to delivery large scale projects.
In early 2020 Christopher Greig was brought in to the company as Director and equal Share partner with a commitment to grow and strengthen the Mechanical Services Division and in turn allowing Daniel to focus on servicing the demand in the refrigeration space.
Since 2020 WTS has seen another spell of growth and established a sound reputation in the industry which has been further strengthened with the employment of Senior Project Managers Russell Ryan and Glen Thomas who together hold over 50 years experience in the mechanical services industry, both holding exceptional and flawless reputations.
At WTS we thrive on delivery of technical and challenging projects. We have the skills, knowledge, experience, personnel and strong relationships with specialist subcontractors to engineer, project manage, commission and maintain the most challenging of projects.

Managing Director
16 years’ experience Trade Certificate in refrigeration and original founder of WTS. Vast experience in refrigeration, cleanroom facilities, micro 3 laboratory installations, pressurisation testing, coolrooms, freezers and cold stores.
Managing Director
20 years’ experience Trade Certificate and HNC in Mechanical Services Engineering from the United Kingdom. Vast Experience in all facets of the mechanical services industry. Delivered multiple large-scale project in WA and throughout United Kingdom.
Senior Project Manager
30 years’ experience, Trade Certificate and Project Manager on large scale projects with mechanical project. Lead PM for multiple complex remote WA projects with logistical challenges requiring extensive and meticulous organisation.
Construction Manager
25 years’ experience as a project manager in the Perth HVAC industry. Vast experience in specialised projects including hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies and research facilities. Delivered numerous technical and challenging projects throughout career, including works at Perth Children’s Hospital, Australian National Phenome Centre and multiple projects at Curtin & Murdoch Universities.
Senior Project Manager
35 years experience in the mechanical services industry.
Mark joined WTS in July 23 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

Junior Project Manager
Andrew started his career with WTS as a first year apprentice. From early in his career Andrew showed leadership skills and a drive to learn and progress in the mechanical services industry.
Following completion of his apprenticeship Andrew has transitioned to an office based Junior Project Manager role. Mentored by a very experienced leadership team Andrew is continuing to grow and develop, with an exciting future ahead.
